Create a New Order
To create a new order
Tap the Add button at the bottom right of the Orders screen.

Select the operator and property

Create a flow and tap to save the details

Add more flows if necessary

Lodge the order
What happens if an order cannot be placed?
Note
By default, notice period restrictions are not applied to placing orders within SiteConnect.
Some reasons that may lead to an order being rejected include:

The order overlaps with an existing order

The order overlaps with a maintenance period

The order exceeds the available allocation
-
The order flow rates are incompatible with the flow rate limits for the outlet

There is no capacity to supply the order
In these cases an error message is displayed so you can modify the order appropriately. If the problem is with the timing of the order, an alternative time is suggested which you have the option to accept.
