Resetting a Party's PIN

Everone who logs into the system has a PIN. This PIN is required to log in. If a party forgets their PIN, you can quickly reset the PIN to the default of 9999. The party will be prompted to change their PIN the next time that they log in.

To reset a PIN:

1. Click Parties to open the Parties module, then select the party whose PIN you want to reset.
2. Choose Action > Reset from the menu.
3. You are asked to confirm the PIN reset. Click Yes to accept the change.
