View Sent Messages

Use the Customer Comms module to view the details and registered recipients of any sent customer communications.

To view message sent for a comm type:

  1. Click Customer Comms to open the Customer Comms module.
  2. In the Communication Types panel, select the comm type to view. Messages sent using this comm type are listed in the Messages panel sorted by date.
  3. Select the message that you want to view. The details of the message are in the Details tab and the registered message recipients are listed on the Recipients tab.

The and icons in the recipients table indicate whether or not the message was sent successfully. Possible reasons for message failure include:

  • The messaging service was not running
  • The recipient contact details are not correct.
