Previewing Meter Readings
You can preview meter readings and import metadata from a meter reading file.
Note
The Preview tool reads all the data in the meter reading file. You cannot filter by reading date or by excluding existing readings. Anything you enter in the Default Time/Date and the Exclude Existing Readings files will be ignored.
To preview meter readings:
- Click
Meter Reading Entry to open the Meter Reading Entry module. - Click
Import Meter Reading from File to open the Import Meter Readings screen. - Select Mobile app file
- Select the File to preview.
- Click Preview to import readings. The readings are loaded and then displayed in a preview screen.
Readings on the preview screen are colour coded as follows:
- Red - invalid data
- Orange - shared, planned outlets and estimated data
- Green - shared, unplanned outlets
