Active Directory Parameters
If you are using Active Directory for user management, you can use the following parameters to control the synchronisation of user details from Active Directory to the Parties table.

Set to Y to enable the active directory sync service. This allows the scheduled synchronisation task to run. |

Active directory sync user field fax |
Set to Y to sync the user's fax number from active directory to their Party record |

Set to Y to sync the user's phone number from active directory to their Party record |

Active directory sync user field mobile |
Set to Y to sync the user's mobile phone number from active directory to their Party record |

Set to Y to sync the user's address details from active directory to their Party record |

Set to Y to sync the user's email address from active directory to their Party record |
