Adding a New Printer or Fax Machine
To add a new printer or fax machine:
- Install the printer.
- Click Printers to open the Printers module.
- Click Insert to open the Inserting Printer tool.
- In the Name field, enter the device name and network location in the form \\COMPUTER\DEVICE
- In the Description field, enter a description of the printer of fax. This will be how the device is identified in menus and options when choosing a destination for printed documents.
- Specify the device Type, either printer or fax.
- Click Save to save your changes.
