Insert a Break in a Report

Insert a line, gap or page break in an editable report.

To insert a break:

  1. Open the editable report to which you want to add a break.
  2. Click Break to insert a break.
  3. Choose the break type to enter. The options are:
    • Horizontal rule - a horizontal line.
    • Vertical space - a blank line.
    • Page break - start a new page.

    The break is inserted at the bottom of the report body sections, immediately above the footer.

  4. Use the Up and Down arrows on the toolbar to move the break to the correct position.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
