Adding sets of authorities with sub-role

Roles inherit authorities from their sub-roles. When you add a sub-role to a role, all the directly applied authorities of that sub-role are inherited by the role. This includes authorities given to ALL PARTIES and to specific parties.

Note:	Inheritance is only one level deep. That is, any inherited properties of a sub-role (from its own sub-roles) are NOT inherited by the parent role.
