Report Description

The IVR and Web Usage report lists all customer logins via IVR or Web over a defined period.

Telephone login	Number of distinct customers logging in via IVR in period
Web login	Number of distinct customers logging in via web in period

List of IVR Logins

User No.	User No. of the customer who logged in using IVR
Name	User's name
Date/Time	Date and time of log in
