Reports

Use the Reports screen to generate standard reports. Reports can be generated in a variety of formats and downloaded immediately.

Note:

You cannot schedule reports in the web application. To schedule a report to run at a specific time, or to run regularly, use SCADAConnect Forms

You can display your own reports on the Reports screen. See Configuring SCADA Web for details.

To run a report:

  1. On the Reports tab, click on the report that you want to run.
  2. Enter the report parameters. The exact parameters will depend on the report you are running.

    Note:

    If you leave a parameter blank, the report will usually run with a default parameter value.

  3. Choose a format. The options may include:
    • HTML - choose this format, to display the report output in a new browser tab as soon as it has been generated
    • CSV - choose this format to generate and download a text file of comma separated values.
    • PDF - choose this format to generate and download a PDF of the report output.
    • XLSX - choose this format to generate and download an Excel spreadsheet. Not all reports have this output option.
  4. Click Go to run the report.
