Searching for Parties by Account Settings

You can use the Search tool in the Parties module to find parties based on their account settings.

To find a party by their account settings:

1. Click Find party to open the Find Party screen.
2. In the Find Party screen, select the Account option:
   
3. To search by authentication group only, select an authentication group in the Account field. If you want to search using more criteria, select the Extended search options check box and enter your search criteria. The options are:

   Property	Description
   Enabled	Search for parties whose account is enabled or disabled
   User Locked Out	Search for parties who have a temporary lock on their account
   System Locked Out	Search for parties who have a system lock on their account
   One Use Password	Search for parties whose password is flagged as One-Use. This will find parties who have not yet logged in and changed their password since this option was set.
   Invalid Logins, More Than	Search by the number of invalid logins recorded for a party
   Last Login Date	Search by the date range of the last login attempt
   Password Expiry Date	Search for users whose password will expire within a specified date range.

4. Click Find to run the search
