Create All Accounts

The Create All Accounts tool generates an account for every property that does not already have an associated account.

Note

You can also create accounts one at a time from the Accounts module.

To create accounts for all properties

  1. Click Create All Accounts to open the Create All Accounts tool. The tool finds all properties that do not have associated accounts and displays them in a table with the External Account and the Invoice Contact details. Any errors or missing data is highlighted in red. These problems must be corrected before an account can be generated for the properties.
  2. You must correct or remove faulty or incomplete entries from the list:
    • To correct an entry, select the entry, click Modify, and enter the corrected details in the popup form.
    • To remove an entry, select the entry and click Remove.
  3. When there are no faulty or incomplete entries remaining on the list, click Save to create the new accounts.
