- Down - the regulator is at the downstream border of the area
- Select the Top Regulator checkbox if the regulator should be set as a top regulator. See What is a Top Regulator?
- (Optional) Set the Sequence Number. This is used to order the results in some reports (for example, the Meter Reading report).
- Click Save to save your changes.
Generate and view the area

- The application generates the area to determine what network objects belong within the area.
- The Network Viewer opens to display the area.
