Configuring Charge Frequency
Use the Invoice Period options on the charge settings to manage how and when charges are applied in a billing schedule.
To apply a charge in a single invoicing period:
Choose the specific invoicing period in the Invoice Period options. The available options are First, Last, or choose Other and specify the exact period.
To apply a charge in all invoicing periods:
Choose All in the Invoice Period options. The full cost will be applied in all periods.
To spread a charge proportionally across all invoicing periods:
Choose Schedule in the Invoice Period options. A proportional share of the cost will be allocated across all the invoicing periods.
