Extract Status

Use the Extracts module to check the status of an extract file for a dataset. Use the Search tool to filter the Extracts table by status or date.

The statuses that a dataset extract can have depends on the extract type. The statuses available are:

Status	Description
Accepted	The WDTF extract has been processed and accepted by the BOM
Acknowledged	The WDTF extract failed, but has been corrected manually
Failed	The WDTF extract did not complete, or did not transfer successfully.
Generated	The WDTF or WaterML extract file was generated but has not been transferred.
Progress	The WDTF or WaterML extract is in progress
Rejected	The WDTF extract was transferred to the BOM but was rejected.
Transferred	The WDTF extract was transferred to the BOM but has not yet been processed (or the status has not yet been advised). Or, the WaterML extract was successfully sent to the recipient.
Warning	The WDTF extract uploaded successfully but the file was larger than the maximum accepted by the BOM (30 MB)
