Creating, Editing and Saving a Report
Create a new report or modify a saved editable report. Save a report for publishing or later editing. Export a report to xml if you need to transfer it to another database.
To create a new report, click New and enter the report details.
To open an existing report for editing, click Open and select the report that you want to edit.
To import a report from an xml report file, click File > Import and select the report you want to import.
To save a report, click Save. The Report is saved in the application database.
To export a report, click File > Export and choose a location to save the report as an xml file.
Note
To make a report available to other users, you must also publish the report.
