Changing Your Password or PIN

If you log in using a password or PIN, you can change the password or PIN at any time with the Change Password or Change PIN tool.

Note

  • If you forget your password or PIN, the System Administrator can reset it for you.
  • If you log in using Windows authentication, you do not need a password or PIN so the change tool is not displayed.

To change your password or PIN:

  1. Click Change Password or Change PIN to open the Change Password or Change PIN screen
  2. Enter your current password or PIN.
  3. Enter a new password or PIN and enter it again to confirm the password or PIN.
  4. Click Save to save your changes.
