Outlet Operator Report

Report Description

The Outlet Operators report generates a report in letter form for each outlet operator. The letter lists the operartor's contact details, and any outlets for which they are authorised operators with the associated property name.

This report is used to notify outlet operators of the details of the outlets they operate so they can see if any details are missing or incorrect, and as a record of the details to use when ordering for that outlet.

Report Parameters and Options

Parameter	Description
Report on	Specify the scope of the report: All parties - run the report for all parties who have the role of OWNER One party - run the report for a single party Parties in area - run the report for all OWNERs in a specified area.
Party Name	Specify the party to use if you are running the report for a single party.
Area	Specify the area or group for which to run the report.

Operator Details

Field	Description
Surname/Name	Operator's full name
Address/Phone/Fax	All contact details for the operator including full address and all contact numbers.
Email address	Operator's email address
IVR Login User Number	Operator's login ID for the IVR system

Outlet Details

List of outlets for which the party is an operator

Outlet	Description
IVR Menu Option	Menu option to use in the IVR system when placing an order for this outlet
Outlet	Outlet name
Property	Associated property name

The Property Owners report generates a report in letter form for each property owner. The letter lists the owner's contact details, any properties that they own, any outlets authorisations for those properties and any operators for the authorisations.
