Contactable Status

The contacts in the Contact List can have one of these statuses:

Status		Description
Contactable		The planner is logged in and has marked themselves as contactable
Not contactable		The planner is logged in but has marked themselves as not available for contact.
After hours contact		No planner is logged in, these are the contact details of the after-hours planner.
