Customer Comms Module

The Customer Comms module is where you can send communications to customers, and view a record of any messages sent. Messages use the custom message templates that you have defined in the Comm Types module.

What is a Customer Communication?

A customer communication is a message that is sent to customers who are registered to receive that type of message, such as SMS or email.
