Removing and Hiding Columns

Remove and hide columns on the Table > Columns tab.

To remove a table column,

On the Table > Columns tab, select the column that you want to remove and click Remove.

Note:

You can restore bound columns by clicking the Bind Data button again. However, if you do so, any calculated columns you have added will be lost.

To hide a table column:

  1. On the Table > Columns tab, select the column that you want to hide and click Modify.
  2. In the Add Column screen, select the Hidden Column checkbox.
    • A hidden column is marked in the column number field by square brackets: [4]
