Cancelling a report or task

Cancel a report or task to remove it from the schedule. If you need to run a report again, you must reschedule it.

To cancel a scheduled report or task:

Select the report and click Delete. The report will be permanently removed from the schedule.

Suspending a report or task

Suspend a report or task to leave it on the scheduler list, but prevent it from running.

To suspend a scheduled report:

  1. Select the report, open the Schedule tab and click Edit to edit the report publishing details.
  2. Clear the Recurring checkbox.
  3. Click Save to save your changes.
