Adding authorities to a role

An authority is a relationship between a role, a party and an object. To give a party rights to an object when they log in using a role, you must add an authority for that object to the role and the party. See Adding a New Authority to a Role

Who can add an authority to a role?

You can add an authority to a role if your role has Grant Authority privileges for that role. These privileges are configured in the Sub-Role Privileges tab of the roles module. See XXXX for details.
