Supply Matching Tool

The Supply Matching tool is an enhancement to the planning and rationing tools for systems where the supply varies in a predictable way. It allows you to specify the shape of a supply curve for a plan and to view the supply curve on the same trend as the demand curve. This allows you to manage the planned demand to match the supply .

• Use the System Plan Supply Capacity Module to specify a system-wide default supply curve
• Use the Supply Capacity Parameters tab in thePlan History Module to specify a curve for each plan. When you create a supply curve for a plan, it is saved as the default curve for the Planning Area or Planning Group associated with the plan.

Use the View > Show/Hide Supply Capacity Flow option in the Trending Module to toggle the visibility of the supply capacity curve on the trend screen.
