Adjustments Module
Where is this module?
This module is usually in the Billing tab of the application
The Adjustments module is where you can search for and view manual adjustments to the current balance of an account.
You can search for adjustments by:
- Account number
- Property
- Invoice contact
- Date range
- Reason type
What is an Adjustment?
An adjusment is a change to the current balance of an account. Adjustments are usually created to apply a credit to an account to correct charging errors or allow for short-term variations.
Create adjustments in the Accounts module.
