Where is this module?

This module is usually in the Configuration tab of the application

The IVR calls module stores a record of all IVR calls received that resulted in an order being placed, a call being transferred to a planner, or a message being left. You can use the IVR calls module to track orders placed via IVR calls and to track calls transferred to planners.

Use the Messages Module to find and play any voice messages that were received via IVR.

What is IVR?

IVR is Rubicon's Interactive Voice Response system which allows customers to use an automated telephone answering system to request information and to manage orders, meter readings and personal details. IVR can also be used to route calls from customers to staff to deal with more complex requests. You can customise the recorded responses to include your own notices and announcements.
