Setting Future Actions for an Outlet
If an outlet requires some sort of action such as scheduled maintenance, you can mark the outlet as requiring future action. If you do this, a message will be sent to the planner if any orders are placed for the outlet. The message will also be printed on the Running Sheet Report. For repeated orders, the message is sent for the first order in the series.
To mark an outlet for future action, set the outlet's Future action attribute.
Note
The Future action attribute takes a list of values. You select one of these values when you set the attribute.
If you have not used this attribute before, you must first configure some suitable values. See Adding Attribute Values to a List for details.
Run the Future Actions Report to generate a list of orders placed at outlets that are marked for future action.
