Future Actions Report
Report Description
The Future Actions report lists any orders placed for outlets that have been marked as requiring future action.
What is a Future Action?
A future action is used to mark outlets where there are problems which might interfere with order delivery. It is recorded by setting the Future action attribute for an outlet. If an order is placed at an outlet that has a future action assigned, a message is sent to the planner and is also recorded on the daily running sheet. See Setting Future Actions for an Outlet for more information about this attribute.
