Tag Groups Module

This module is usually in the Data Collection tab of the application
The Tag Groups module is where you can create and manage tag groups.
What is a tag group?
A tag group is a collection of tags. Tags can be grouped together because they belong to the same site, because they measure the same type of attribute, or for any other reason that you choose.
Example
You could group all tags that measure the flow at a regulator.
Tags are included in a tag group if they meet the criteria specified in a tag group filter. A tag group may have any number of filters, and each filter defines a set of tags that belongs to the tag group.
Note
Tag groups are not a type of Group object. Group objects are managed in the Groups module.
What are tag groups used for?
Tag groups are used for use in reporting and trending. They can also be used for selecting tags for data import and export purposes.
