Non-Automated-Outlet Order Performance Report
Report Description
The Non-Automated Outlet Order Performance report lists order performance indicators at non-automated outlets for volume, flow rate and upstream water level. It also reports on factors that may have influenced order performance, such as important alarms and interactions with customers.
Report Parameters and Options
Property | Description |
---|---|
Area/Group |
Area or group for which to run the report |
Begin/End Date |
Date range of the report |
Limit |
A tolerance value in mm for the difference between the upstream water level and the supply level. The report calculates what percentage of the order time fell within this tolerance value. |

Start/Finish Date |
Date and time of the order |
Volume Ordered |
Total volume ordered by the customer |
Volume Delivered |
Volume delivered as recorded by the SCADA system |
Ordered Duration |
Duration of flow ordered |
Ordered Flow Rate |
Rate of flow ordered |
Numeric Flow Rate |
Average flow rate calculated by dividing the sum of the flow rate measurements by the number of measurements |
% of Time Flow Rate Within 10% of Ordered Flow Rate |
Percentage of time during the order period (excluding the first ten minutes) when the recorded flow rate was within 10% of the ordered flow rate. A + sign beside the value indicates that a drown condition occurred during the period. |
% of Time U/S Level Within <Limit>% of Supply Level |
Percentage of time during the order period (excluding the first ten minutes) when the recorded upstream water level matched the regulator supply level within the limit specified in the Limit parameter. |
Alarms Active |
Indicates whether any important alarms were active during the period that might have had an impact on the delivery performance.
A list of included alarms is provided at the end of the report. |
Non Compliance |
The performance is considered non-compliant if a flow rate of zero was recorded for more than two minutes of the order period after the first ten minutes. |
Flow Setpoint Matches Order |
Indicates whether the flow setpoint matched the ordered flow rate throughout the order period (excluding the first ten minutes) |
Call from Customer During Order |
Indicates whether any calls were received from the customer during the order period |
Call Reason(s) |
List any reasons recorded for customer calls during the order period |
