Collection Services Module

The Collection Services module is where you can view details of communication services used by the application.

For a standard Rubicon system, there is a collection of MDLC services that handle the interface between the host database and the Motorola gateways and Motorola SCADA (MOSCAD) devices. These are not usually changed after initial configuration.

What is a Collection System?

A collection system is a collection of sites that share a communications system, typically via a Gateway, to the host system.
