Party Details Report

Report Description

The Party Details report lists the name and contact details of registered parties. You can report on all parties, or filter the list by area or role.

Report Parameters and Options

Parameter	Description
All Parties/Parties in Area	Tick the checkbox to the right of this field to report on all parties, or select an area or group. If you choose an area or group, only parties associated with that area/group will be included. This may include, for example: Planners and field officers Property owners Outlet operators Billing contacts
Role	Restrict the report to parties with a specific role. For example, list all outlet operators for an area.

Report Output

The output is sorted alphabetically by party surname. Note that groups are included in the list, but are not marked as groups.

Property	Description
ID	The value of whatever field is used as the party login ID (for example, the customer number)
Surname/Given Name	Full name of the party
Address	Party address
Postcode	Postcode for the address
Phone No	Main phone number
Alt Phone No	Alternate phone number which may be used for redirection of SMS messages
Contact Method	Any details listed in the Contact Method field of the Party Details form.
Mobile No	Mobile number
Email Address	Email address

Outlet Operator Report

The Outlet Operators report generates a report in letter form for each outlet operator. The letter lists the operartor's contact details, and any outlets for which they are authorised operators with the associated property name.

Property Owner Report

The Property Owners report generates a report in letter form for each property owner. The letter lists the owner's contact details, any properties that they own, any outlets authorisations for those properties and any operators for the authorisations.
