Disabling Ordering for a Property or Outlet
Restrict ordering for a property or an outlet indefinitely by setting the Stopped Indicator attribute. Typically an outlet is stopped if there is a physical problem such as a faulty gate, while a property is stopped if there is an administrative problem such as an unpaid invoice.
| Note: |
To temporarily restrict ordering for a whole area so you can carry out maintenance, create a maintenance schedule. See Creating a Maintenance Schedule for details. |

To stop orders for a property or outlet:
- Select the property or outlet that you want to stop. For example, use the Properties module or the Outlets module, or locate the outlet or property on the Planning Schematic.
- In the object details screen, open the Attributes tab.
- Double-click on the Stopped attribute and change the value to Yes.
- Click Save to save your changes.
If a customer or user attempts to place an order for the property, the system will reject the order and display an explanation for the failure. To re-enable ordering, set the Stopped Indicator attribute to No.
