Note
Changes to order start times that the customer has agreed to or has requested are recorded as the Requested start time so that delivery performance can be calculated correctly.

When customers accept suggested changes to the order start time in the Web Ordering portal DMS stores this new time as the customer's requested start time.
-
If a planner changes an order start time manually at the request of a customer they should mark the change as a customer request in the Orders module. See Change the start or end time, or the flow details for an order.
