Rating Tables Module

The Rating Tables module is where you can create and manage rating tables that are used for calculating the value of tags.

A rating table is an equation, or a table of points that is used to derive the value of a tag from the value of a different, source tag. Rating tables are commonly used to calculate volume or flow from water level, but they are not restricted to this use.

Example

Water level measurements may be used to derive reservoir volume from a set of calibrated measurements or from a supplied equation.

Rating table date ranges

A source tag may have many rating tables, but only one rating table can be valid for source data collected at a particular date and time. See Rating Table Status for more information about how different rating tables are applied.
