Orders Module

The Orders module is where you can create and manage water orders for your network.

What is an order

An order is a request for water to be supplied to specific outlet, for a specific customer via your water network. An order may consist of one or more order items, each with a different flow rate. In a single order, the items run consecutively with no gaps.

You can enter orders yourself, using the DMS Orders module (see Working with Orders in the Orders Module), or your customers can place their own orders using a web portal (see Web Water Ordering), a mobile ordering app, or an interactive voice response (IVR) call.
